Position Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate customer records, managing payment collections, and ensuring seamless processing of orders and returns. The successful candidate will work across multiple channels, perfumery/wholesales, handling various administrative and accounting duties.

Principal Accountabilities:

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customer File Management: Regularly update and maintain customer files to ensure accurate and current information.
• Payment Collection: Efficiently manage and track payment collections for client, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Exchange/ Return/ Credit Note (CN) Processing: Handle all exchange, return, and credit note requests for customers.
