Job Information:

• Location: Tuas (company Transport Provided: Boon Lay MRT ONLY (8.10am, 5.40pm)
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• 1 year contract with 1 month Completion Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, marketing communication and 2 plans in alignment with business and brand objectives for Singapore Market
• Help to conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and marketing survey.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Help distribute marketing materials, goodie bags etc. in accordance to brand platforms and visual identity guidelines in the correct representation of all brands
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Help to organize marketing events
• Support various scales and types of events and product launches encompassing logistics, invitations, communication materials, presentations, video content, external vendor management and measurement of success
• Conduct market analysis on competitor activities to provide intelligence and basis for sales and marketing strategies and ideas

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or Communications
• Solid understanding of key marketing communications principles
