Key Responsibilities / Tasks
• Assisting the divisional manager in development of the regional markets to meet the company’s regional sales goals, especially for ASEAN area;
• In charge of new customer development, marketing and sales for steel products in various sectors, such as automotive, construction, shipping building, offshore marine, green energy, oil and gas, heavy machinery facility parts, hydro-power, etc and other high value – added steel products etc. in Southeast Asia;
• Frequently travel to ensure excellent commercial and business development
Key Qualifications / Experience
• Bachelor degree or above, major in metal materials or metallurgy or international trade preferable;
• Excellent communication, reading and writing in English;
• At least 2+ years of work experience in a sales or marketing role within the steel industry especially automotive, construction, shipping building, offshore marine, green energy, oil and gas, heavy machinery facility parts, hydropower, etc and another high value – added steel products ;
• The candidate has existing resource or clients will be preferred
• Familiar with the production process of steel products, familiar with the product standards and usage of heavy plates, round bars, wires rods, pipe, strip, coils etc;
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with our factory, assist customers and solve the quality problems occurred in the usage of our products;
• To be preferential if having the existing markets and clients etc.
• Strong analytical, planning and organization skills.
