About the job

• Drive performance marketing efficiency across regional markets: Closely monitoring day-to-day optimisations to ensure campaign performance is efficient and on track to hit company goals.
• Set up, Scale & Optimize performance marketing campaigns end-to-end especially on Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc) and Search, etc
• Comfortable handling and scaling budget to 6 figures monthly.
• Work together with developers to Integrate and automate marketing reports with operation team.
• Keeping abreast of digital marketing trends and share best practices with team to ensure that is ahead in performance marketing

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or any other business-related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Pro-active in self-education to keep up with the changes and to improve the ads
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Media or preferably in related fields
• Familiar with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Paid Social advertising, Facebook Ads, Tiktok ads
• Strong data analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with data analytics, data visualization tools is a plus
• Proactive, strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Singapore Citizen only

Remuneration

• S$3500 - $4000/mth

Responsibilities

• Perform the full cycle Sales Operation
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Liaise with sales and project manager to obtain missing information if necessary
• Create, maintain and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports
• Backup for document verification duties, capable of understanding various document types and their respective verification SOPs.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent relevant experience required
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office such as Excel
• Preferably with SAP knowledge and experience
• Diploma holder will be preferred with basic accounting knowledge

Responsibilities

1. Attend to corporate travel enquires

2. Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing

3. To maintain & update the corporate client’s profile in the system

4. Handling invoicing and billing matters, including following up with outstanding payment

5. To provide administrative / operational support to the team when necessary

6. Able to take on adhoc travel duties.

7. Seek and maintain client relationship

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field

2. Minimum 1 Year Of Work Experience In Similar Role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
