What an Electrical and Electronic Engineer does in HP:

• Designs engineering solutions, utilizing multiple engineering disciplines for products, systems, software, and solutions based on established engineering principles and development technology guidelines, while ensuring cost effectiveness and quality.
• Manage and facilitate Electrical & Electronic aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) while coordinating with R&D, Operations, and Manufacturing Partners (MPA).
• Ensures optimization of concepts and designs with analytical and physical assessments, to increase efficiency and improve quality.
• Conduct assessments on product designs and project undertakings, ensuring conformity with manufacturing guidelines and standards.
• Provide feedback based on evaluation results to enhance the quality of the product and reduce the probability of failure.
• Primary liaison for product electronics/electrical performance and implemented rectifying measures to drive improvement.
• Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution.

Individuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:
