General Role
- Responsible for supervising a team of sales staff to deliver quality and consistent services, to drive results and to ensure operation excellence at the store level whilst maintaining their own personal sales achievement.
Major Responsibilities:
1) Sales
· Manage and motivate staff to achieve personal sales targets established
· Coordinates with the team on the execution of the store’s daily and monthly sales plans.
· Coach new staff on achieving and optimizing their sales potential.
2) Customer Service
· Supervise, ensure, and manage a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
· Guide the sales team on how to handle different clients' situations/requests
· Identifies and handle client enquiries, concerns, and complaints
3) Operations
· Assist and report to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to manage and oversee the daily store operations
· Ensures store presentation is consistent with our brand image, supervise general housekeeping and cleaning duties when needed.
· Always maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional conduct.
4) Team leading
· Responsible for driving a positive team culture and healthy work environment.
· Assist each team member by identifying potential challenges faced & coach them on possible ways to overcome them.
· Monitors and assists sales staff development by providing on-the-job training, product training, soft skills training etc.
5) Other Duties
· Support Assistant Store Manager on SA and SSA recruitment when needed.
· Provide insight on staff performance to Asst Store Manager for the annual appraisal.
· Coordinate with Metier Ambassadors for new hire onboarding program and periodic Metier updates.
· Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Assistant Store Manager.
Requirements & Capabilities:
· Passionate in retail industry
· Fluent in English and other spoken, written languages a plus
· A strong team player who embodies the values of the House
· Positive attitude, energetic and strong work ethic
· Service oriented and enjoys genuine connections with clients
· Possess good leadership skills
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to work in a rapid retail environment
· Computer skills and mobile device skills required
