Job Scope:

• Responsible for the entire sales cycle
• Actively explore new business accounts and develop client base
• Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, maintain good rapport with our IT Business Partners
• Follow-up on leads and sales inquires
• Closing sales and driven to achieve monthly sales target

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of related working experiences in B to B sales (preferably, food & beverage ingredients, food additives or chemical products industry) and/or at least 3 years of experiences in R&D of food ingredients or process food (such as instant noodle, mixed seasonings and confectionary etc).
• Highly motivated individual and ability to initiatives to achieve assigned tasks and company objectives;
• Possess good interpersonal skills;
• Results-oriented and highly capable of meeting personal sales targets; and
• Good communication skill and a team player

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To gather market information (such as market trend, competitors’ information) and issues of the customers.
• To make action plan with strategy based on the information gathered.
• To propose our products and our solutions effectively to solve anticipated issues of our customers based on the information gathered.
• To take countermeasures if there are any gaps between sales progress and the budget.
• To make sales forecast and capture sales progress on a timely basis
• To ensure prompt payment collections.
• To place orders of our items to suppliers based on monthly inventory control.
• To carry out Q&A procedure when registration of new product and/or revision of product are required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achive company revenue and profit objectives
• Develop sales leads to drive business growth
• Prepare quotations or proposals for clients
• Provide recommendations to improve overall sales performance abd increase market presence
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive company sales
• Collaborate in project management, site meetings, and client communications when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of sales or business development experience in security solution/ project sales
• Prior sales experience in IT solutions or Audio-Visual Systems sales will be ideal
