• Identifies and support in qualification of strategic alliances to expand PS solution, products, and services; and business networking to leverage into additional markets.
• Provide front line Data Center related marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers, as necessary.

• Plays an active role in promoting PS in trade events and associations. Works with Marketing and Engineering to create, prepare and present technical papers and other application specific white papers for marketing collateral, trade journals and conferences.

• Assist on rates quotations / filing / maintenance / renewal of quotation & contracts.
• General administrative functions relating to pre-sales activities.
• Supports the customer contact by preparing customer documents.
• Supports the customer planning and implementation process.

• Process sales orders in the ERP system based on received sales orders.
• Ensure timely processing of customers’ orders.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process from order receipt to delivery.
• Handle customer requests and inquiries via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Work with the operations team to provide information and address customer requests and inquiries.

• Coordinate with courier services and in-house couriers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Send delivery orders and invoices to customers for collection.

• Perform various administrative activities related to order processing, invoicing, and data maintenance.
• Maintain proper documentation of processed orders for audit purposes.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Job Requirement:
