Key Responsibilities
Strategy
· Individuals in the Prime Services Client Solutions team are responsible for the onboarding, day to day account and relationship management of Prime Services clients, specifically for Korean and Japanese clients.
· Standard Chartered Bank’s Prime Services product offering includes but is limited to FX and Rates Intermediation, OTC Clearing, Fixed Income Prime Brokerage.
Business
· Individuals in this team will support the Prime Services business and clients through effective transition from sales prospect/mandate to client go-live. Post go-live they will perform the role of the dedicated Business Account Manager for their allocated clients.
Processes
· Onboard clients to the Prime Services offering and provide client training
· Determine and review strategy to protect revenue for existing clients
· Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients
· Provide day to day support of clients’ trading activities and monitor credit limits
· Provide best in class relationship management ensuring all client requirements are met or captured for future development
· Conducting regular client reviews
· Communicate impact of financial market regulation to clients and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions
· Collaborate with internal teams within the bank to deliver effective solutions to client requirements
· Work with regional and global teams to facilitate a “follow the sun” model
· Work with the Prime Services business and technology/project teams on new product offerings

· Attend ongoing training and development.
· Objectively provides feedback to Operations managers and provide guidance when necessary
Risk Management
· Adherence to key processes and control requirement
· Investigate and resolve problems that occur

· Maintains awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Our Ideal Candidate
· 5+ years working experience in Global Banking markets related roles
· Contribute to the development and transformation of Prime Services Sales with a specific focus on the existing client base
· Onboard clients to the Prime Services offering and provide client training
Role Specific Technical Competencies
· Good understanding and command of Japanese and Korean as the incumbent will be supporting respective region clients.
· Demonstrate strong financial product knowledge
· Experience in managing client relationship for investors clients, banks, broker dealers and financial institutions.
· Experience in Global Banking markets related roles
· Bachelor’s degree in business or finance related fields
