Duties of Public Relations Manager:

• Lead PR and communication initiatives to enhance corporate and business unit brands, improving brand awareness and image.
• Establish protocols and ensure good governance for corporate communications.
• Develop and execute creative PR campaigns, translating brand messages into compelling stories.
• Utilize various media channels for brand exposure, including press engagement and interviews.
• Build positive relationships with traditional media, influencers, and other stakeholders.
• Create and edit press materials and support crisis preparedness.
• Advise on communication strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage external PR agencies and analyze campaign results.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• More than 10 years of PR experience

Scope of work and responsibilities

• Handle full scope of corporate secretarial work.
• Perform statutory filings, e-stamping with IRAS, handle internal and external regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all company documentation on file, e.g. board resolutions, registers, incorporation documents, statutory documents, etc.
• Assist with new company incorporations and winding down.
• Assist with standardisation, documentation, and automation of processes.
• Monitoring deadlines and managing file and database records system and ensure internal folders are maintained and updated timely

Requirements

• Degree or other professional qualification in related discipline
• Good knowledge of Companies Act and ACRA requirements

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role for a entertainment sector

Proven track record in managing HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the Asia Pacific region.

Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
