Position Overview:

The Event and Team Building Specialist for the Sales Hunter role is responsible for designing, planning, and executing engaging events and team-building activities that foster a collaborative and high-performing sales environment. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive team cohesion, motivation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution:Plan, organize, and execute sales events, workshops, and seminars.
   Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and materials.
   Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
   
2. Team Building Activities:Develop and implement team-building programs that align with sales goals and objectives.
   Facilitate activities that enhance team cohesion, communication, and collaboration.
   Evaluate the effectiveness of team-building initiatives and make improvements.
   
3. Sales Motivation and Engagement:Design and implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
   Organize recognition events to celebrate sales achievements and milestones.

• Review and maintain Safety Management System, Safe Work Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
• Identify improvement areas and monitor implementation of recommended measures through site inspections and team engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to plan, implement, and maintain effective WSHE work plans.
• Investigate WSH infringements and industrial accidents, recommending preventive actions.
• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and propose corrective measures.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, GGB, ConSASS, and Bizsafe.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on WSH issues.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO & ECO Officer
• At least 5 working experience in construction industry (design & build/industrial warehouse)
• Working experience with A1 or A2 construction company.
