We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our business development team. As the Business Development Manager for Market Making Services, your primary responsibility will be manage inbound leads, communicate with clients and manage client relationships for long-term success
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer development within the crypto industry, with the objective of converting project parties into customers of the company's market maker business. This entails utilizing various channels and methods to achieve sales targets.
- Gather and systematically document customer information and requirements, addressing any issues that arise during the market making process.
- Support the team in continually optimizing internal and external workflows and execution processes, contributing to the maintenance of the company's reputation for service quality.
- Nurture customer relationships, uphold the brand's reputation, and relay market information and customer needs back to the company.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles within the financial services industry, preferably in the crypto/DeFi/blockchain sectors.
- Strong understanding of market making services and their significance within the crypto/DeFi/blockchain ecosystem.
- Familiarity with quantitative trading strategies, algorithmic trading, and high-frequency trading technology is highly desirable.
- Essential skills for this role include strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to elaborate on projects, a cooperative and affable nature, as well as proficiency in independent market research, coordination, analysis, public relations, negotiation, and planning and organizational skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is essential, and a certain level of proficiency in written and spoken English is also required.
