Your key responsibilities:
In your role, you will be supporting CSR in APAC (ex-India), reporting to the CSR Senior Manager for Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities cover all relevant activities within CSR in the region, including support for strategic and governance works as well as tactical day-to-day activities.
- Assist with NGO management (ex India)
Liaise with our NGO partners, including assessments of NGO proposals and regular reviews of reports with focus on impact measurement
Adhere to governance and due diligence policies
- CSR support for Apac markets
Volunteer management
Liaise with colleagues on all CSR related matters
- Online procedural systems support
Volunteer portal for event planning/reporting
Global Impact Tracking system for data submission
Name List Screening to run checks on the board members of each NGO (interacting with the Anti Financial Crime team)
Onboarding, invoicing and payment systems
- Documentation Support
Ensure MoUs are in place, coordinating with Legal if necessary
Maintain records of all due diligence and payment documentation
- Communications
Manage CSR newsletters (writing, dissemination to all staff via email)
Create social media content
Mailbox management
Your skills and experience:
- Part of the CSR programme management team in a corporation or MNC (with direct liaison/contact with NGOs) or part of an NGO
- Reviewing/creating proposals for CSR programmes (eg using the Theory of Change)
- Ability to quickly learn and master bespoke online platforms (eg volunteer events/management, impact tracking, screening of organisations/individuals, payments)
- Writing articles, newsletters, social media posts on CSR initiatives
- Strong administrative, organizational, processing and time management skills; attention to detail, accuracy
- A team player with the ability to work with people at all levels, across all markets
- Ability to work independently and with initiative
- Ability to multi-task (comfortable switching back and forth between several tasks)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
