Job Description:
The Information Technology Business Partner will work closely with AI engineers to maximize their productivity, creativity, and collaboration. This role involves understanding the intricacies of AI development, including model building, testing, and deployment, and providing tailored coaching to enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Performance Coaching:
○ Provide advanced coaching sessions focused on improving skills in algorithm development, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
○ Guide engineers on best practices for model testing, validation, and deployment, ensuring high efficiency and scalability.
○ Offer expert advice on cutting-edge AI techniques and tools, such as deep learning frameworks, neural networks, and advanced data analytics.
○ Drive a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous learning in AI techniques and methodologies.
○ Lead brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops to inspire new ideas and approaches in AI development.
○ Mentor engineers in the ideation and implementation of groundbreaking AI solutions for the entertainment platform.
- Collaboration Enhancement:
○ Promote effective collaboration within the AI team and with other departments, such as product development and data analysis.
○ Implement advanced strategies to improve team communication and project coordination, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions.
○ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to leverage diverse expertise and drive comprehensive AI projects.
○ Develop sophisticated metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate individual and team performance.

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● 10+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on model development and deployment.
● Proven experience in coaching or mentoring technical teams, particularly senior-level engineers.
● Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks.
