Job responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, online and offline marketing collaterals.
• Develop digital assets such as GIFs, eDMs, digital banners and websites etc
• Gatekeeper for contents for social media accounts and SEO campaigns
• Identifying trends, insights and creating new & creative growth strategies
• Website development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and proven experience with online advertising platforms

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver professional sales and product service to all customer inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Assist walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries, providing detailed product information.
• Implement strategies to generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Support the company’s sales growth initiatives in line with overall business strategies.
• Collaborate with branch management to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure accurate price tagging and product descriptions for all items.
• Handle stock replenishment by managing requisitions and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Foster customer loyalty through exceptional after-sales service and relationship building.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of musical instruments (such as keyboards, guitars, and drums) is a plus.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Answering of enquiries for group purchases (Corporate, Schools, Travel Agent enquiry) and general mailbox
• Support in fulfillment of group booking (book slot for group, ticket issuance, invoice processing, liaison with client for any visit matters, liaison with caterers for food arrangements)
• On ground liaison with client and other stakeholders during group visit day (e.g. school teachers, caterers)
• Conduct site visits and product presentations to potential clients to showcase and promote the attraction
• Conduct briefing or guided tour of the attraction for guests when required
• Preparation of various reports for monthly reconciliation and billing
• Handling of other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in handling admin, coordination or sales support duties
• Ability to work on evenings, weekends or public holidays when required
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage due to the need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Meticulous and organized team player with the ability to multi task
• Possess strong communication (both verbal and written) skills and ability to liaise directly with customers
• Proficiency in MS office will be an added advantage

Job Description :

• Market Professional & Commercial Cleaning equipment, accessories & tools, chemicals and other consumables to a diverse range of corporate customers, but with an emphasis on healthcare related sectors.
• Serve existing assigned accounts and prospect potential new customers
• Learn & familiarise our products well, understand users’ needs, and so be able to offer solutions and assistance to meet their requirements
• Perform hands-on product demonstrations, as well as occasionally conduct presentations to mid-size audiences including management levels

Job Requirement :

• Be customer and sales oriented
• Possess a strong sense of self-discipline, integrity & initiative; work well independently, yet be a good team player
• Own basic IT skills in document, presentation & spreadsheet softwares; WhatsApp and other common apps
• Have earned a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent; in a business associated, nursing or healthcare related field
• Experienced in corporate/commercial sales, or facilities’ operations, especially in a healthcare related setting
• Succeed candidate should own a car

Corp Comms

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to promote the charity's mission, programmess, and events.
• Create and manage content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, website, and annual reports.
• Coordinate and manage the Foundation’s public relations activities, including responding to media inquiries and crisis communication.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality messaging.

Fundraising

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve annual revenue goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, corporate sponsors, and grant-making organisations.
• Organise and manage fundraising events, including planning, promotion, logistics, and follow-up.
• Prepare compelling grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and donor correspondence.
• Maintain and update donor databases, ensuring accurate records of donations and communications.

Job requirements

• Experienced in corporate communications, fundraising, or a related role, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising, including experience with grant writing, event planning, and donor relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
