• Oversee installation and teardown of ad materials
• Prepare Status Report

Administrative Support:

• General Office Matters:

1. Office maintenance, such as answering phone calls, maintaining office hygiene and supplies
2. Handle staff-related matters such as insurance contracts, staff claims, leave records, recruitment
3. Managing petty cash
4. Assist in processing government claims, subsidies, courses

• Assist the Client Servicing Team:

1. Preparing and processing invoices
2. Tracking expenses
3. Managing clients’ accounts receivable
4. Coordinate with clients and suppliers
5. Shipping and delivery of items
6. Ad hoc research

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Business Studies
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Independent and has lots of initiative
