• Oversee the daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Manage and supervise team to meet the targeted goals
• Prepare and submit operational reports and statistics in a timely manner to trackperformance
• Plan and deploy of manpower effectively to ensure adequate staff coverage
• Provide and maintain a good level of staff motivation and discipline
• Conduct interviews to recruit suitable candidates
• Regular store visits to review operations

Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Passion for Home Fragrances
