This is a 6 months individual contributor role and are expected to work closely with other peers within & outside the region. You must have strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders/ commercial / factories across Asia Pacific and globally. You must have a growth mindset, an analytical, problem-solving abilities to work through challenges & result oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere monthly planning drumbeat, to complete supply planning needs within timeline
- Place Purchase Orders to factories / Supplying Vendors
- Liaise with different factories to organize transport of goods to Planning Hub in timely matter and liaise closely with 3PL for any shipment/stock discrepancies.
- Maintain healthy stock level at Planning Hub & for the region
- Identify supply risks & opportunities
- Support improvement of supply planning processes & develop interaction with the respective stakeholders
- Work closely with innovation/renovation team to ensure proper availability for new production introduction. Ensure all key stakeholders in the process have the proper level of information
- Conduct monthly Hub inventory review meeting with supply chain & commercial stakeholders
- Maintain and handle data related to supply planning
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
- Manage co-packing activities with 3PL
- Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with hands on experience in supply planning, and well exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes
- Proficient in English, other Asia language will be added advantage
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (both verbal & written)
- SAP S4, APO, Microsoft Office skills
- This is a 6 months contract role
