The Food & Beverage Sales & Event Manager is responsible for driving food and beverage sales through the planning and execution of events. The incumbent is key duties include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, coordinating with clients to customize event details, and working with internal teams (culinary and service) to ensure seamless event operations. Key Responsibilities:

 Revenue Management:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
    •    Collect and analyze data from Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and other relevant sources to monitor revenue performance.
    •    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing revenue performance, occupancy rates, and other key metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

PMS/CRS MANAGEMENT & OPIMISATION 

• Maintain and optimize reservation systems including Opera Cloud and TARS with accurate tracking and delivery of rates to all distribution channels. 

REVPRO CULTURE 

• Ensure that a “RevPRO culture” is spreaded in the hotel, through the animation of weekly Revpro meetings and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams  

TEAM DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH
