About The Role

As an Executive/Senior Executive in ALPS, you will be base in our HQ at Jalan Bukit Merah and will be responsible for monthly closing (AP/AR/GL), audit schedules, and cost centre reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly closing of GL/AP/AR to meet the group submission timeline
• Perform billings for all outgoing stock movements/services rendered to customers by the scheduled billing period
• Follow up with operation/sales team on billing matters to ensure all billings are completely raised and credit notes are issued where necessary
• Follow up on customer collections and update Account Receivable Aging Report
• Supervise the day to day activities of account payable to ensure vendor invoices are processed accordingly
• Follow up of vendor reconciliation items and open vendor items
• Treasury functions including tracking payments and ensuring sufficient funds in bank account

About The Role

As a Executive/ Senior Executive- Risk Enterprise Management in ALPS, you will be sited at our headquarters at Bukit Merah. • Support to establish and maintain the Enterprise Risk Register, by ensuring quality and consistency of information captured to enable robust data analysis.

About The Role

As the Executive/ Senior Executive (Procurement), you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Working in a team, you will provide proactive planning and value add to the procurement category you are in-charge of. You will also communicate closely with hospital usersand ALPS vendors to support in the hospital’s daily operations for patients’ care.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize, analyse and implement sourcing strategy in category sourcing and supplier initiatives and be accountable for the outcomes
• Ensure the entire procurement cycle processes are in compliance with ALPS’ procurement policies
• Partner internal users to procure goods and/or services in a timely, effective and compliant manner
• Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met
• Add value through proper negotiation, product standardization and/or innovative ways of sourcing
• Monitor and establish contract on time to ensure continuous supply of products and/or services
• Actively solicit internal users’ feedback, address issues and seek continuous improvement
• Partake in any process improvement project as assigned by supervisor
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree, preferably in business related discipline
• Min. 3 year of related experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS office and Excel
• Advanced analytical and negotiation skills
• Familiarization with SAP would be an added advantage
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and thrives in a team environment
