Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance to corporate users and manage the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting desktop/laptop devices, troubleshooting network issues, and managing IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk and end-user support for desktops, laptops, iPads, and in-house applications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Windows OS, applications, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Deploy and set up workstations (desktop/laptop/iPad) and other IT equipment.
• Administer VMWare, MS Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and MS SQL.
