2) Finance exec (AR)

· Performing day to day AR transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AR data.

· Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

· Verify discrepancies and resolve clinics’/ hospital's billing issues.

· Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals.

3) Accs Executive

· Handles full sets of accounts for Group and its subsidiaries;

· Prepare quarterly GST submissions;

· Prepare monthly variance analysis for the Group and subsidiaries accounts;

· Prepare and ensure all month-end closing reports are submitted on a timely manner and ensure all intercompany balances are properly reconciled;

· Management of cash flow and assist in the preparation of cash flow projection;

· Prepare and ensure monthly management report are in accordance to FRS and accounting policies;

· Prepare and implement financial and accounting policies and procedures for the group and make recommendations for improvements;

· Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents and other professional advisors for statutory compliances;

· Assist in the management and maintenance of robust internal control processes; Implementing HQ corporate policies, procedures and reporting

Requirements

· Preferably with Audit and Healthcare experience.

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Bookeeping or equivalent.
