Responsibilities:
Manage ownership and nomination transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering excellent service.
- Process assignments, nominations, and vesting requests within compliance and service standards.
- Investigate complex cases, collaborating with internal teams and external representatives.
- Support inquiries from policyholders and representatives regarding ownership and nomination cases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for system enhancements and ensure seamless process updates.
- Identify and suggest continuous improvements for workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
The role focuses on managing all types of ownership and nomination transactions, including policy assignment, beneficiary nomination, and vesting.
Skills/Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree, with preferably 1 year of financial or insurance experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to change.
