• Coordination with other disciplines e.g. civil, structural, electrical, building services, and instrumentation & control designers
• Lead meetings, discussions with clients, contractors and vendors
• Provide engineering support for bids & proposals
• Provide engineering support during construction
• Provide engineering support during testing and commissioning
• Provides project cost estimates to client
• Design management and project management of proposals and projects where the scope is primarily mechanical / process

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Professional Engineer (PE) registered with Professional Engineers Board Singapore or Chartered Engineer
• Possess a university engineering degree (mechanical)
• Candidate shall have minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in the mechanical design of wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial)
• Able to work independently in producing the project deliverables to meet project timeline
• Leads and guide a team of engineers and carries out QA/QC work on their designs
• Proficient in written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise vendors performing maintenance and repair works, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct thorough daily equipment inspections and verify checklists to maintain operational excellence.

• Embrace green practices and employ environmentally sound solutions to enhance facility operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Integrated Facility Design & Management or a related field.
• Relevant Data Centre training (e.g., Uptime Institute, DCD, EPI, CNET Data Centre courses).
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within critical environment facilities, with strong technical knowledge in facilities management.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and single-line diagrams. Proficiency in writing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and facility project management is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends. Strong customer orientation, effective report writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Innovative and forward-thinking with a commitment to environmentally sound practices.

Onsite Service Engineer

Job Scope:

- Perform installation and commissioning activities of products without supervision

- Provide frontline support for key field service activities, including:

- Basic fault finding and rectification

- Planned maintenance activities on products

- Offer basic faultfinding and troubleshooting support to customers with minimal supervision

- Ensure all field service activities adhere to health and safety policies

- Provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of field service experience in a relevant or related industry, preferably with a strong customer-facing focus

- Formal qualification in a mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic discipline

- Proficient in understanding technical documents (P&IDs, wiring diagrams, etc.)

- Computer literate

- Ability to manage and prioritize activities as directed by the line manager
