Accounts Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reports to Management
• Prepare and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for full set of accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation etc)
• Full jobscope of accounting including data entry , etc
• Knowledge of accounting software and willing to learn
• Handle financial statement, balance sheet, tax matter, etc
• Preparation of Quarterly GST reporting/submission
• Assist in preparation of information required for management reporting
• Any other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager/management
• Record and update marketing expenses
Job Requirements
• Preferable Diploma in Accounting/Finance or ACCA equivalent
• Work experience as an Account Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, meticulous and hands-on attitude with a high degree of initiative, and work beyond job scope when necessary
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
