Job Purpose:

The Accounting Analyst is part of the Controller’s team, supporting the financial accounting & closing activities, fixed assets, leases and statutory reporting. The accounting analyst will also support various projects and initiatives to ensure the IT systems and processes related to finance are properly set up and operational.

Job Scope:

· Support end to end accounting & month end closing process, including leases, fixed assets, external audit and statutory reporting.

· Support the management of BPO team responsible for financial accounting and closing activities.

· Prepare and presents all financial statements and reports with good analysis.

· Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards for both tax and audit.

· Support the implementation of IT systems & applications with relevant controls to minimize financial risk exposure.

· Support FP&A team to develop new reports and visuals.

· Develop relationship with internal stakeholders including the General Managers of the company and external counterparties e.g. auditor.

· Fulfils job duties and responsibilities in conformance with sound safety practices. Performs other related duties including projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least 5 years work experience in relevant areas.

· Knowledge of Oil and Chemicals business and financial processes is desirable.

· High level of interpersonal, specifically communication and writing skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Exhibits strong integrity, teamwork, and trust attributes.

· Strong IT skills- manage large amounts of data in various tools and spreadsheets.

Main purpose of the job

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Contract Manufacturing is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance.
