- You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting timetables. You will also assist in implementation of management and administrative financial systems to provide structure for sustained business growth.

- To ensure compliance with established financial processes, local compliance requirements, financial reporting and review of revenue, expenditures, asset management, tax, management reporting and administration.

- You will be responsible for the implementation of finance strategies and objectives. You will manage and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

- You must possess the knowledge to evaluate the company's P&L and also plan for effective finance strategies.

Skills and Experience required

- Possess a degree in accounting or finance with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience from the F&B industry is an advantage.

- Have a strong understanding in inventory management and costing.

- Possess strong communication and presentation skills.

Manage daily operations and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

- Oversee and execution of operational processes in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in-line with the Company’s SOP

- Control, review and manage operational costs

- Ensure that all operational issues and emergencies are promptly attended to and rectified with minimal impact on outlets' operations

- Liaise with landlords, MCST, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure jobs are carried out in accordance with the timeline

- Co-ordinate M&E or Fit-out projects for existing and new outlets

- Conduct regular audits

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Operational Excellence SME is responsible for providing pertinent operational input to the full project cycle, from ideation to trial, to systemwide rollout. This role requires a deep understanding of restaurant operations, technology integration, and process optimisation to ensure our restaurants operate at their optimal level. This position also involves leading and constructing new restaurant openings.

Job Scope

• Subject matter expert in all systems used in restaurants at GYG
• Implement and maintain all operational systems, ensuring high up time, reliability and data integrity
• Continuously review restaurant technology stack to reduce inefficiencies and eliminate process bottlenecks
• Works collaboratively and actively with the stakeholders involved to be a SME within all project initiatives.
• Schedules time in restaurants on a weekly basis. Visits are structured with a clear purpose and outcome.
• Lead the development and execution of long-term solutions for restaurant and kitchen automation
• Lead the technology implementation for all new restaurant openings, including infrastructure setup, system installations and digital integration
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of new restaurant technologies, including system integration, testing and deployment across GYG Singapore
• Accountable for the onboarding process of new vendors
• Negotiate contracts and oversee the implementation of third-party technology solutions

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery and collection of goods to assigned outlets

• Able to handle loading/ unloading of heavy goods

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

Requirements

• Valid Class 3/4 Singapore Driving license

• Good driving record

• Experience in driving box truck preferred

• Punctual and reliable
