Our client is a leading player in food service industry. They are looking for a Accounts Receivable Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in North.

Duties:

• Implement and monitor credit control procedures, ensuring timely payment and resolving outstanding balances.
• Process customer credit applications, create debtor codes, and manage credit terms using SAP.
• Track and chase overdue payments via calls and emails; negotiate payment plans when necessary.
• Prepare and submit monthly debtors aging reports; update sales teams on overdue accounts.
• Oversee the issuance of Customer Statements monthly.
• Handle bank transactions such as cash and cheque deposits, and manage customer-related AR requests.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.

Roles and responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day finance operations (AP, AR & fixed asset)

· Assist in month-end closing and reconciliations.

· Assist to prepare journals and audit schedule for month closing & year end closing booking fee refund weekly.

· Assist to prepare presentation slide and report for management reporting.

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on finance queries.

· Perform any other adhoc task assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma
• Min. 1-2 years of relevant experiencen experience with SAP FIC system
• Fast learner, quick and critical thinker, and can work independently.
• some experience with AP
