Office location: Kranji

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Perform month-end closing
• Process payments, cheques, online payment batches and staff claims
• Perform invoicing
• Prepare quarterly GST statement
• Assist in Annual budgeting
• Handle fixed assets registry
• Assist in year-end audit and the preparation of audit schedules, including liaising with auditors and tax agents as required
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years’ full set accounts experience
• Education qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
• Meticulous with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working as an Independent Accountant for the company
• Able to speak in Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts

Responsibilities

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions - handle daily operational AP/AR tasks including invoicing, payment, receipts etc.
• Perform monthly reconciliation and reports
• Debts collections - Contact customer to ensure that their payments are made on time
• GST filing
• Prepare monthly sales commission and checking of incentives.
• Handle any other ad-hoc hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Pro-active and able to multi-task and work independently within deadline
• Knowledge of "XERO" Software will be advantage

• Key in invoices accurately into the accounting system with required supporting documents.
• Evaluate invoice postings to ensure accurate coding of accounts and invoice description in accordance with accounting standards.
• Handle the AP Aging for long overdue accounts and reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve accounts variances.
• Responsible for invoice processing and manage AP related queries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of doing accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
