Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry, including trial balance, in house expenditure chart.

• Good knowledge of DevOps and cloud technologies; and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructural services.
• ITIL-based Helpdesk services operation.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, VMware, Microsoft Azure / AWS, GitHub/GitLab, Docker, UiPath, Tableau, and Palo Alto will be advantageous.
• BizSafe Level 2 Certifications.
• Occupational First Aider.

• Call Centre / Customer Service Experience
