Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
2. Address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, liaising with relevant departments when necessary.
3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, consultations, and site visits between clients and our engineering teams.
4. Gather client feedback and relay it to the relevant departments to improve our services and offerings.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, ensuring all communication is logged and tracked.
6. Work closely with the sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Stay updated with the latest in engineering consultancy practices to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role sector.
3. Communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
5. Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously..\
6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Manage AP and AR accounting functions
• Liaison with banks, financial institutions, auditors and other departments when necessary
• Assist in month end closing

· Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project.

· Liaise with construction/design team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender.

· Assist Project Contract Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.
