Responsibilities:

Plant equipment

• Carry out repair maintenance works.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Daily inspections of equipment and machine, report if any issues found.
• Daily greasing of critical equipment (Decanter, mixer…)
• Assist supervisor on improvement works.
• Assist supervisor on spare parts stock check.
• Accomplishes other daily assignments as scheduled and as directed.
• Keep the workplace clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Comply with safe work practices.

Utilities

• Daily inspections of compressed air, water supply, steam supply, chilled water supply to equipment.
• Fix the leaking issue if any.
• Attend to minor breakdown of chilled water system, air compressor, boiler outside.

Workshop Activities

• Maintain 5S in the engineering workshop.
• Carry out cutting, grinding, welding operation in the workshop.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant experience
