Purpose of the Role:

The Assistant Manager of the Resource Development Department will be the core strategist to increase/ maintain organisation’s annual donation income. Reporting to the Modern On-Trade Channel Senior Manager, the Modern On-Trade Channel Assistant Manager (Singapore) is responsible and accountable for the best-in-class execution and delivery of key commercial objectives (achievement of top line sales revenue, volume targets, allocation optimization) and brand presentation in the Modern On-Trade for the Singapore market across TEG portfolio. The Modern On-Trade (cocktail bars, bistro, entertainment venues, high energy) represents 50% weight to total Trade business in Singapore, with >250 outlet business partners. This role will have an expanded role into leading from project phase to actual operations, the first ever fully functioning bar at our own operated boutique located at The Raffles Hotel.

• Achieve and exceed the sales plan for Modern On-Trade to meet growth targets and sustain TEG’s market leadership in the competition landscape.
