Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with 7-10 years post qualification (CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA) and at least 2 years people/team management experience in MNC and/or large accounting practice. Preferably with FMCG/Consumer Health experience.
• Strong understanding of technical accounting with extensive experience in internal audit, risk and internal controls, and a well-developed commercial, financial, and manufacturing awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and benchmark TLB’s existing and new propositions versus key competitors. Identify TLB’s respective strengths and weaknesses.

• Perform indicative pricing analysis to understand feasibility of new proposition ideas, campaigns and enhancements (in collaboration with Actuarial Department).
