• Responsible for administrative support to the estate managers.
• Assist in answering phone calls & handle customer enquires.
• Handling office administrative duties and paperwork, including data entry, copying, scanning & attending to e-mails, etc.
• Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.
• Provides coordination support to the operation team.
• Mature and able to do multiple tasks and complete them on time if required.
• Assist the HQ operation team in attending meetings during weekends or evenings as and when required. (Time-off or annual leave will be given subject to conditions)
• To work at the condominium/commercial building/industrial site office as a stand-in when required (islandwide).
• Assist the operations team at the site with the handing and taking over of new or terminated estate matters.

Job Description:

· Assist in the end-to-end process of non-executive employee recruitments (Include but not limited to job advertising, arrange interview, prepare onboarding documents, induction training, etc.)

· Liaise with employment agencies for hiring process and arrange interview for candidate

· Responsible for non-executive employee work pass administration (application, renewal & cancellation)

· Prepare all Human Resource related letters/documents
