The Regional HR Senior Manager / Director will play a key strategic role in aligning our human resource strategy with the overall business goals. Education

Experience

8 to 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a regional role in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational HR functions.

Strong understanding of regional HR practices, with experience in Singapore, China and India being highly beneficial.

As the Senior Associate/ Director, Compliance, the employee will report to the firm’s Head of Asia Compliance and would be responsible for development, implementation, management, and oversight of the firm’s Compliance program in relation to its’ business in the Asia region. • Knowledge of key sales disciplines- Salesforce, MEDDIC, unsolicited proposals, partner leverage Deal sheets etc
• Proven ability to manage multiple, lengthy and complex sales cycles
• Proven ability to manage net new business as well as develop existing business opportunities
• Have an interest, market opinion and existing understanding of the financial industry sector, including market dynamics and competitive landscape
