• Prepare and check Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Give expert advice on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Perform regular cost assessments and prepare reports detailing project cost performance, variations, and potential risks.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 7 years as a QS Manager experience in Building Construction/Hospital Building Project.
• Good knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and cost control procedures.
• Able to read and interpret structural drawings.

• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably from contruction or Shipyard/ Marine offshore Industry
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Engergic, Hands-on manager who can implement changes
• Able to consider Assistant Manager profiles who wishes to move up to Manager level
