• Lead and propose measures in compliance with Singapore workplace safety and health for vendors engaged in maintenance, cleaning and security works
• Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular physical checks and site walk ensuring that hygiene sanitizing standards are adhered
• Convene and attend all meetings of the Developer and / or MCST Council
• Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
• Manage complaints and ensure prompt responses to clients
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies

Requirements

• Degree in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate or its equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Mature and independent with the ability to lead team to drive results
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy
• Knowledge of BMSMA
• Candidates with experience in TOP projects will have an added advantage
