•  Assist Contracts Manager, Project Manager in Contract management and cost monitoring,
• management of interim/progress payment, including variation assessment and finalisation of account.
•  Possess comprehensive knowledge of construction, logistics, material management and the
• ability to provide cost and financial advice.
•  Relevant duties as and when assigned by reporting manager.

Qualifications:

• Shall have relevant degree or certification, and about ten (10) years of relevant experience in
• project costing, procurement strategies and scheduling for large used water/water projects or infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Have about (3) years working experience in similar capacity in Singapore
• Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented and good team player.
• Able to manage stakeholders (Contractors, Client and Consultants).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experienced in Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) preferred.

Our company is expanding into providing installation of solar panel systems and clean energy. The candidate should be an electrical engineer with knowledge of solar systems integration to SP grid and have experience or is familiar with the requirements of EMA. Selected candidate will be responsible for the application/submission, supervise the installation of the solar systems, connection to SP grid, Testing and commissioning of systems.
