Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage to ensure works are carried out are in accordance.
• To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule.
• To ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment and daily housekeeping is carried out.
• To resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
• To plan and coordinate interdisciplinary works.
• Coordinate all related construction matters with subcontractor/consultant/client.
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the General Manager

Responsibilities

• Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time.
• Prepare, revise and update tendering
• Taking off quantity drawing tender
• Resolution contractual claim
• Purchasing project site materials

Requirements

• Min Diploma in QS/Civil Engineering/Architectural or equivalent
• Having related building construction working experiences will be better
• Familiar with Singapore local authorities’ submission
• Immediate availability
