• Preparation and submission of progress claim, VO, and finalization of accounts
• Prepare sub-contractor agreement, supplier -enquires/sourcing for price quote
• Attend client, consultant, sub-contractor and supplier reconciliation meetings.
• Project budgeting

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 year(s) QS experience in construction industry
• Meticulous, good team player and able to meet deadline
