• Be able to demonstrate full-stack solutions that include AMD software and/or Dell ISV partner software using prepared demos/POCs designed for key AI customer use cases.
• Build new AI POCs & Demos to support custom engagements or new software or technologies based on specific customer business objectives/outcomes and technical requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Strong experience in operating systems like Redhat Linux, Ubuntu, Suse and Linux as well as storage concepts around VSAN, NAS, SCSI, RAID, Storage Groups, volumes
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Able to solve basic software testing issues without relying on direct support from AMD

Desirable Requirements

• Experience within complex customer environments especially within core Dell technology offerings
• Experience working with AMD hardware and software technologies

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with overseas office/agents/shipping line/customers
• Attend to all customers’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries.
• Ensure proper coordination of all shipments
• Monitor and resolve and follow up closely with customers on any disputes cases.
• Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales supporT
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor flight/vessels arrivals and update customers if any deviations

Job Description:

• Attend to feedback and enquiries from members of public received from the organization’s channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls
• Provide interim replies to cases received
• Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public
• Monitor progress of cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards
• Assist in collating data and providing analysis on cases received by the organization for quarterly reports

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, is preferred.
