*Preferable experience in HDB/ MCST Condominium Repair & Redecoration Work OR HDB BTO Project

• Project Planning and Management:Develop execution strategies, plans, scope, goals, and deliverables.
  Manage project milestones and ensure timely completion within budget.
  
• Coordination and Communication:Coordinate with sub-contractors, HDB, and Town Councils.
  Attend meetings and handle feedback from residents and other parties.
  
• Quality and Safety Assurance:Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
  Verify contractors’ work and claims, ensuring quality standards are met.
  
• Operational Oversight:Oversee day-to-day operations and manage the construction effort.
  Implement cost-effective plans and ensure safety measures are in place.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:Review project submittals and shop drawings for compliance.
  Document code reviews and compliance, and communicate progress to management and clients.
  

JOB DECRIPTIONS:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships
• To be responsible for the planning and implementation of our new product’s launching activities
• To liaise and negotiate with local market personnel & buyers and suppliers directly in India/Bangladesh for products procurement
• To build and strengthen the relationships with buyers, retails personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations of business
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship and communication between major key clients and company
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Provide timely and regular feedback on market spices availability, procurement from various countries to support growth and expansion.
• Evaluate Sharbeswary's current inventory and make suggestions for continuous improvement based on market research and understanding of the purchasing habits consumers
• Establish new sourcing networks and strengthen existing supplier relationships for household and grocery goods desirable to our customers
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, Indian/Bangladesh wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging (household & groceries) and good knowledge in Indian/Bangladesh Wholesale household and groceries products distributions through various channels
• Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian/Bangladesh speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
• 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
• Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing
• Must be able to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
• Field work is required and physicall fit (to be able to carry heavy loads)
• Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for frozen products, vegetables etc
• Able to withstand considerable exterior noise and extreme temperature fluctuations in warehouse
• Strong market analysis and strategy planning skills
• Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
