• Review agents’ performance on space utilization efficiency
• Optimize cargo management to ensure P&L optimization
• Lead efforts to implement solutions to address cargo imbalances, optimizing container allocation and improving vessel profile for optimal yield
• Lead response efforts during operational disruptions and develop contingency plans for cargo recoveries and minimize the impact on cargo flow
• Leading and managing the Cargo Flow Management Team.
• Act as deputy Trade Manager during his/her absence as and when required.
• Mentoring CFMT team with both hard and soft skills (Trade Knowledge, Communication skills, Flexibility)
• Collaborates with Trade Manager and cross-functional teams to align cargo flow operations with company’s strategic goals

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within similar role
• Outspoken, strong communication skills to take decisive actions in a fast pace environment
• Adaptable to the dynamic landscape of cargo flow taking a proactive approach in anticipating and resolving operational challenges effectively
