Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ corporate secretariat experience in a public listed company (preferably in a financial institution or a reputable organisation/service provider).
• Working knowledge of the Companies Act, SGX-ST Listing Rules and Code of Corporate Governance (“CG”). Familiarity with CG guidelines and regulations issued by MAS is preferred.
• Good drafting skills.
