BW Group is seeking an SOX Executive to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently.

JOB PURPOSE

This role supports Financial operations activities within the Compensation & Benefits Regional Team (C&B) for the Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) office. Program Management

· Plan, execute, and monitor UA’s programs, including workshops, webinars, and peer support group hangouts.
