Role

He/ She is responsible for designing recruitment plans, advertising needed positions, and interviewing applicants.

Requirements:

• Familiar with the entire Recruitment Life Cycle and administering employee benefits.
• Proven record in sourcing and acquiring new talent particularly in the retail/ FMCG/ Supermarket
• Skilled in interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Possess strong domain knowledge in the Supermarket Chain/ FMCG/ Retail industry.
• Experienced and qualified HR Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and acquiring new talents.
• Good in building relationship with its employees.
• Possess 8-10 years of recruitment experience.
• Min. Degree, Diploma or ITE qualification holders in any discipline.
