• Provide wide-ranging HR support as the first point of contact to the airport staff, including preparation of HR documents, employee inquiry, and administration of various leave of absence and benefits (shared services).
• You will be working closely with the respective Operations Manager of the Divisions under your purview.
• Maintain and update employees' personal files and HR Systems.
• Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker Work Passes.
• Preparation of Final Settlement of exiting staff at end of contract or resignations.
• Generate reports for management, finance, billing etc.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture, etc.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in handling full set of payroll in high volume especially for final settlement (Resignee for Local & Foreign staff)
• Prefers strong HR operational background, understanding of Singapore employment laws and knowledge of best HR market practices.
• Good experience in MS Excel (eg turn out reports)
• Has passion and empathy in interacting with people, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Self-Starter and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
• Hands-on with personal data entry in any HRIS such as Success Factors/SAP, RAMCO, ProSoft, etc. is preferred. TimeSoft and TimeSoft PRO will be an added advantage.

• Develop succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.

HR Analytics and Reporting

• Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends for the executive team.
• Continuously improve HR processes through data-driven insights.

Employee Relations and Compliance

• Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Culture and Employee Engagement

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess and enhance employee satisfaction.

Talent Acquisition and Retention

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain key employees.
• Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.

As a Solution Sales Exec, you will:

• Cover Asia – HK and SEA
• Develop and support territory strategies and planning to enhance vertical knowledge, improve account use case targeting, and refine execution approaches.
• Leverage your expertise in low-code development to help customers transition from manual, outdated processes to modern, digital workflows.
• Engage actively with customers to illustrate the value of digital transformation, aiding in the development of strategic roadmaps by collaborating with the broader account team and partners.
• Interlock with Solution Consultants (SC) & Specialist SCs to align on Capability Roadmaps, gathering and incorporating feedback to ensure agreement across teams.
• Coach Account teams on identifying opportunities within specialty solution areas and assist in managing the sales cycle.
• Tailor your time and efforts to meet the specific needs of the territory and account teams while celebrating collective successes.
