• Preparation of material for investors and attending investor meetings where required.
• Managing reporting and compliance requirements.
• Major purchase planning and approvals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Financial controller experience or similar
• Prior startup experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS accounting is preferred.

• Driven and takes initiative. This is a startup company and the candidate will be responsible for making strategic decisions and setting up new processes for the company.
• Passion for sustainability/agriculture, entrepreneurship, aquaculture, biotechnology, product commercialisation.
• Detail orientated and curious – we are looking for people who can operate across multiple compliance geographies and are curious enough to question processes – and implement something better where there is room for improvement.
