Role Description

As a Finance & HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of both the finance and human resources functions within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Duties:

• Carry out day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance against targets.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Human Resources Duties:

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
• Manage employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and performance evaluations.
• Collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data, including hours worked, overtime, leave, and sick leave.

-Work Experience

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical
• Information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.
